4.2.2 Adhesive joint

Only join identical materials. After the curing time, flush the pipeline section with water without pressure (see chapter "Jointing
technology" in Georg Fischer Planning Fundamentals Industry).
WARNING!
Connection of incompatible materials!
Risk of injury and/or damage to property due to leakage of the piping system because of connections of different, mutually incompa-
tible materials.
► Only identical materials may be joined together by means of fused and bonded joints.
► Pipeline sections with bonded joints must be flushed with water without pressure as soon as possible after the joints have been
completed.
4.2.3 Fused joint
PP-H, PP-N, PVDF, PVDF-HP - with valve body types 514, 515, 519
Only join identical materials (see chapter "Jointing technology" in Georg Fischer Planning Fundamentals Industry).

CAUTION!
Leaking flange connection!
Danger of injury and/or material damage due to leaks in the piping system.
► Periodic inspection that no medium escapes to the outside.
► If medium is exiting at the flange connections, they have to be retightened.
CAUTION!
Contaminated jointing faces!
Risk of injury from contact with medium due to leaking connections.
► Protect jointing faces and connection parts from damage and poisoning, especially from hard or sharp-edged particles.
