Congratulations on your purchase of a West Bend Air Fryer. You will now be able to cook a
wide variety of food in a healthier manner – with little or no oil!
The air fryer uses hot air, in combination with high-speed air circulation, and a top grill to
prepare a variety of foods.
1. Before using the Air Fryer, remove all packing material, promotional materials, and stickers
from the appliance other than the rating label.
2. Wash the Air Fry Rack and Air Fry Basket in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Note: These parts can also be washed in the top rack of your dishwasher.
