6. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the fan does not turn on:
- Check the fuses or circuit breakers at the electric panel.
- Check the fan cables.
- Warning: Make sure the main supply is off
- Make sure that the commutator is firmly in position. The fan will not work if the
commutator is in the middle position.
- If the fan does not work, please contact the Evvo Home Technical Support Service.
Do not try to repair the internal electric connections.
If the fan makes a lot of noise:
- Check that all screws on the motor housing are properly fixed (do not overtighten
them).
- Check that the screws fixing the blade bracket are tight enough.
- Allow the fan to run for 24 hours. Most of the noises produced by the fan will
disappear after this time.
If the fan oscillates:
- Ensure that all blades are firmly screwed to the blade brackets.
- Check that all blade brackets are firmly fixed to the motor.
- Make sure that mounting bracket is firmly fixed to the ceiling.
If the light does not work:
- Check if the bulb is defective.
- Make sure that the electric connections are correct.
- If the problem persists, contact the official Evvo Home Technical Support Service.
