ANOMALY OBSERVED
No starting power.
The machine vibrates when cutting.
The machine does not cut correctly.
ATTENTION:
Do not manipulate the machine when it is operation. Before manipulating it always disconnect it from
the mains electricity supply and also remove the cutting disc.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Connection voltage to mains.

Connections.
Installation fuses.
Thermal relay has disconnected due to
overload.
Condenser.
Direction of rotation of disc.
Disc anchorage.
State of the disc's cutting area.

SOLUTION
It should be that indicted on the machine.
The variation in the working voltage should
be less than +5% of the rated voltage.
Check if a phase is missing.
Check connections.
Check supply hose.
Change them.
Wait until it cools and reset..
Replace it.
Check that the direction of rotation is
correct.
Check that it is correctly fixed in place.
Check that the disc's inside housing
coincides with the motor shaft diameter.
Check that the disc is not damaged or
worn.
