SIDE HANDLE
When you want to change the position of the side handle, turn the side handle counterclockwise to loosen it, then
tighten it firmly.
ATTENTION: When drilling a hole, the machine may try to rotate when penetrating a concrete
wall. Tighten the side handle firmly and hold the machine with both hands to avoid this.
MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION: Make sure the engine is completely shut down before performing any maintenance
or repair. This will eliminate any potential risk.
Do not allow dust and dirt to enter the air vents.
Do not use solvents that may damage plastic parts.
It is not necessary to grease the drill bit.
INSPECTION OF CARBON BRUSHES
The motor uses carbon brushes which are consumable parts. When worn to or near the "wear limit", engine problems
can occur. At that time, replace both carbon brushes with new ones. Also, always keep the carbon brushes clean and
make sure they slide freely into the brush holders.
REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES
Remove carbon brush covers. After changing the carbon brushes, tighten the cover tightly.
GREASE
This machine is completely airtight to protect against dust and to prevent lubricant leaks. Therefore, the machine can
be used without lubrication for long periods of time.
REPLACE GREASE
You should look at the grease when you change the charcoal brush. Before
replacing grease, turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
1.
Remove the crankcase cover and thoroughly clean the inside of
the old grease.
2.
Supply 0.9oz (25g) in crankcase.
3.
After replacing the grease, reassemble the crankcase cover
securely. At this time, do not damage or lose the oil seal.
