5. Maintenance precautions
WARNING!
The cordless chainsaw may start unintentionally if the battey is left in the machine during cleaning,
maintenance or repair operations.
- Remove the battery.
- Clean the cordless chainsaw with a damp cloth.
- Remove the chain sprocket cover.
- Clean the area around teh sprocket with a damp cloth.
- Removed foreighn matter from the battey compartment and clean the battery compartment with a
clean cloth.
- Clean electrical contacts in the battery compartment with s fot brush.
- Fit the chain sprocket cover.
6. Cordless chainsaw operation
6.1 Charging the battery
- The charging time depends on several factors like battery temperature or the ambient temperature.
The actual charging time may differ from the specified charging time.
- The charging process starts automatically when the plug is inserted into a wall outlet and the battery
connected to the charger. The charger switches off automatically when the battery is fully charged.
- The battery and charger become hot during the charging process.
6.2 LEDs on cordless chainsaw
6.3 Assembling the cordless chainsaw
- Remove the battery.
- Disassemble the knob (1) and remove the sprocket cover
(2).
- Fit the saw chain (7) in the guide bar (6) groove and then
arrows on the straps on the top of the bar point in the
direction of rotation.
- Saw chain drive links are seated in teeth of chains
sprocket (4).
- Peg (3) is in guide bars slot.
- Tension the saw chain.
- Fit the sprocket cover and knob.
- Use saw chain adjuster (5) to tension saw chain, which
may expand during cutting work.

- Press button (1) to check the battery state.
- The LEDs can show the state of the charge.
- Need to charge battey when only RED LED left.
