circular saws. The blades cause frequent kickbacks and the
loss of control of the tool.
Warnings related to grinding and cutting with grinding wheels
Use only tool-specifi c grinding wheels and guards that are
designed for the type of the grinding wheel in question.
The grinding wheels for which the tool is not designed cannot
be properly guarded and are not safe.
The guard must be securely attached to the tool and positioned
for maximum safety so that the smallest possible area of the
wheel is exposed towards the operator. This guard helps to
protect the operator from broken wheel fragments and prevents
accidental contact with the grinding wheel.
The grinding wheel must be used as intended. For example, do
not sand with a cutting grinding wheel. Cutting grinding wheels
are designed for use under heavy pressure and the lateral
forces applied to them may cause them to fall apart.
Always use undamaged fi xing fl anges that are the correct size
for the grinding wheel. The correct fi xing fl anges reduce the
risk of damage to the grinding wheel. The fi xing fl anges for
cutting grinding wheels can be diff erent from the fi xing fl anges
for grinding wheels.
Do not use worn grinding wheels from larger tools. A larger
diameter grinding wheel is not suited for
higher rotation speed of smaller tools and may break.
OPERATING CONDITIONS
Make sure that the compressed air source generates the correct
working pressure and provides the required airfl ow. If the supply
air pressure is too high, a pressure reducer with a safety valve
must be used. The pneumatic tool must be fed through the fi lter
and lubricator system. This will ensure that the air is both clean
and moistened with oil. Check the condition of the fi lter and
lubricator before each use and clean the fi lter if necessary or
make up for oil shortage in the lubricator. This will ensure the
correct operation of the tool and extend its service life.
Always use the tool with the additional handle fi tted. The
additional handle allows safer and more effi cient work.
When using additional holders or support racks, make sure that
the tool is correctly and securely attached.
Fix the workpiece in such a way that the gap created during
cutting maintains the same width or opens.
Stand in a correct position to prevent normal or unexpected
movement of the tool due to torque. If the cutting wheel gets
stuck in the workpiece, switch it off in order to release the blade.
Make sure that the blade is not damaged before switching the
tool on again.
Pay attention to the working environment, the cutter can easily
cut the nearby obstacles.
Do not use the grinding wheels and the cutting tools for lateral
grinding.
After switching off the cutter, wait until the rotating tool has
come to a complete standstill before setting it down.
Before installing any additional equipment, make sure that the
maximum equipment rotation speed is higher than that of the
cutter. Do not use equipment with a handle diameter other than
that specifi ed in the manual. The accessory equipment must
be fi rmly and securely attached to the tool holder. Do not use
sleeves or reduction rings to adjust the spindle diameter of the
tool and the grinding wheel.

Store and use the grinding component according to the
equipment manufacturer instructions. Do not use damaged
equipment. Equipment with any defects must be immediately
replaced with new, functional one. Check the condition of the
spindle and tool holders for wear or damage.
Do not operate the cutter in a potentially explosive environment.
Sparks generated during operation may cause fi re.
After mounting the wheel, switch the tool on for approx. 30
seconds in a safe position. Stop the machine immediately if
you notice high vibrations or other defects in the functioning of
the cutter. Any irregularities must be rectifi ed before the next
start of the tool.
Make sure that the rotation speed of the tool is not greater than
the speed indicated on the nameplate.
Some materials may produce poisonous or combustible dusts
and vapours during machining. Work in well-ventilated areas
and use personal protective equipment.
Make sure that sparks and waste generated during operation
are not hazardous.
Wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, aprons
and helmets.
Hearing protection must also be used.
If the tool with the mounted grinding wheel is dropped, the
condition of the grinding wheel must be carefully examined
before switching the grinding wheel on again.
TOOL USE
Before each use of the tool, make sure that no parts of the
pneumatic system are damaged. If you notice damage,
immediately replace the components with new, undamaged ones.
Dry condensed moisture inside the tool, compressor and hose
before each use of the pneumatic system.
Preparing the tool for operation
Screw a suitable nozzle to the air inlet thread fi rmly and
securely to connect the air supply hose (II).
Before installing the disc, make sure that the permissible
rotation speed of the disc is equal to or higher than the
maximum rotation speed of the grinder.
The cutter has a spindle lock, which allows to lock the spindle
for the time of disc installation. The spindle must be locked
with a ring. Push the ring in the direction of the air inlet and,
while holding it in this position, turn it counter-clockwise as far
as possible. Release the pressure on the ring; the spring will
cause the ring to slide on the spindle and block its rotation (IV).
Then use a wrench to loosen the locking screw. The screw has
a counter-clockwise thread and must be unscrewed clockwise
(V).
After unscrewing the locking screw, unscrew the disc-retaining
nut. The nut has a clockwise thread and must be unscrewed
counter-clockwise (V).
Remove the washer under the nut and then the cutting disc.
Before installing a new disc, clean the inside of the guard and
the disc attachment from any residue. Install the disc in reverse
order to that of the removal procedure.
Caution! Remember to unlock the disc after installing it. Push
the ring in the direction of the air inlet and, while holding it in
this position, turn it clockwise as far as possible. Release the
pressure on the ring. The ring should remain in the position
