Before the First Usage
Remove all packaging materials.
Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
Thoroughly clean the basket and tray with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth. This is an oil-free fryer that works using hot air,
do not fill the basket with oil or any frying fat. Do not fill the basket with oil or any other liquid. Do not place
anything on top of the appliance, the airflow will be disrupted and will affect the result of the hot air frying.
When first used, the product might give off a little smell or smoke. This is a perfectly normal phenomenon as
some components of the machine have slightly been lubricated in advance. After a short time, the phenome-
non will disappear completely. This will not have any consequence or effect on the normal functioning of the
appliance.
Instructions for Use
Plug the cord into the socket. The display will lighten up and you will hear a "beep" sound.
Gently pull the handle of the basket to remove it from the main unit.
Add ingredients in the basket and slide it back into its place.
Press the On/Off button. To select one of the preset programs, press the Preset Program Menu button until the
selected program flashes. Time and temperature can be adjusted by using the "+" or "-" buttons.
To manually set the cooking time, press the Time/Temperature button so the temperature indicators will light
up, this can be adjusted using "+" or "-" button. Similarly, to modify the timing, press the same Time/Temperatu-
re button. When the time indicators light up, adjust to the desired time by using "+" or "-" buttons.
Once the desired program or time and temperature are set, press the On/Off button to start the cooking pro-
cess. It is possible to check the cooking status of the ingredients also during the operation by simply removing
the basket. Inserting the basket again will automatically resume cooking.
Once cooking process is finished, gently pull the basket out of the appliance and check that the ingredients
are ready. If the ingredients are not yet ready or haven't reached the desired level of cooking and/or browning,
slide the basket back in the appliance and set the timer for a few extra minutes.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the appliance after every use.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the basket, as this may dama-
ge the non-stick coating. Do not wash basket and grill in dishwasher.
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down.
