UNLOADING THE FILM
Note: Please rewind the film back into the cassette before you open the back
cover, otherwise the film will be ruined.
1. When the end of the film is reached, the film will not advance after you press
the shutter button.
2. Slide the Rewind Switch in the direction of arrow. The film will be rewound
automatically.
3. Open the back cover after rewinding is complete. Then take out the film for
developing.
CAMERA CARE AND STORAGE
1. Do not dissemble the camera. There is a risk of electronic shock.
2. Do not expose the camera to extreme high or low temperature and humidity,
they may cause serious damage to the camera.
3. If necessary, clean the lens by gently wiping it with a clean, lint-free cloth.
Do not use chemicals or other cleaning agents. Remove the dust from the
film compartment by using an air blower.
4. Do not take pictures toward the sun directly. This is harmful to your eyes.
5. Remove batteries if you do not plan to use camera for a long time. Keep it
in cool and dry environment.
TAKING PICTURES
This camera has a built-in auto flash system. The flash will fire automatically
when taking pictures in low light settings.
1. Open the lens cover by sliding the Lens Cover Latch to the open position .
Press the Shutter button until the frame counter shows "1" in the middle
before you start taking your first picture.
2. Frame your subject in the viewfinder, making sure your subject is at a
suitable distance (between 1.5m/5ft. to 3.5m/11.5ft for ISO 100 film).
3. Press the Shutter button to take your pictures.
Note:
1. Always make sure the flash ready indicator is lit before you take your picture.
2. Always close the sliding lens cover after you have finished shooting to lock
the Shutter button and keep the lens clean.

LOADING THE FILM
Choose any 35mm film of ASA/ISO 100, 200 or 400 in any cassette size up to
36 exposures. You may use color print film as well as black and white film.
The camera can accept "DX" films with speeds ranging from ASA/ISO 100 to 400.
1. Open the back cover by pushing up on the Back Cover Latch.
2. Insert the film cassette into the chamber with the protruding end facing
down and the film tip to your right.
3. Pull out sufficient film (about 7cm or 2.8 inches) until
the film tip reaches near the right side of the take-up
spool. Ensure that the sprocket is properly engaged
with the film sprocket holes.
4. Close the back cover and ensure that it has clicked shut.
FOCUS LOCK
1. Center the auto focus frame over

the subject.
2. Press and hold the shutter button halfway down to lock
the focus.
3. While still pressing the shutter button halfway down, move the camera until
your subjects are where you want them within the frame. Then press the
shutter button fully down to take the picture.
Note:
. Focus lock can be cancelled simply by releasing the shutter button.
. Be careful not to change the distance between the subject and the camera
when moving the camera after focus is locked. If the distance is changed,
please redo focus lock.
USING THE RED-EYE REDUCTION FUNCTION
The camera has a built-in red-eye reduction function which makes it possible to
minimize the Red Eye effect that sometimes occurs when taking portrait
photographs with the flash.
1. When taking pictures with flash, press the shutter button half way down to
active the Red-eye function. The Red-eye reduction lamp will light up.
2. Press the Shutter button fully down to take picture.
