PROBLEM
6. The pilot's emergency light is
out.
7. The current output is not
stable or is out of control of the
potentiometer.
8. Welding residues, difficulty in
welding with alkaline rods.
9. The ability to weld and cut is
not enough and the arc breaks.
NOTE: If you can not solve the problem, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
ELIMINATION / RECYCLING
Worn products are potentially recyclable and should not be disposed of in the usual bin. Help us protect the
environment and preserve natural resources.
Dispose of the appliance in an environmentally friendly way. Do not throw it away with the household rubbish. Its plastic
and metal components can be separated and recycled. Take this device to an approved recycling centre (green point).
The materials used in the packaging of the machine are recyclable: please throw them in the appropriate container.
1.
It can be overprotective, please disconnect the power input until the
emergency light goes out, then everything will go back to normal.
2.
It may be overvoltage protection, no need to turn it on, just wait 2
or 3 minutes; or there may be some damage to the inverter circuit,
disconnect the MOS current input from the main transformer, restart
the machine.
(1) If the pilot emergency light is still on, disconnect the machine
and the main power plug from the main power socket to the HF
Arc and restart the machine. A) If the pilot light is on, there is
a malfunction in the MOS, check and replace the MOSFET. B) If
the emergency light is not on, there is a fault in the transformer,
replace it.
(2) If the pilot's emergency light is not on: a) there may be a
problem with the center panel transformer, you can use the jumper
to measure the transformer. L=0.9-1.6 mH Q<35 B) Replace the
secondary rectifier. C) There may be a problem with the relay on
the center board.
3.
The feedback circuit may have short-circuited.
1.
The 1K potentiometer is damaged, replace it in time.
2.
The connections are not connected properly, check each connection.
1.
The poles are connected incorrectly, exchange the earth for the
support cable.
1.
Input voltage too low.
2.
The ground wire is too long or not connected properly.
3.
The air pressure is too high or too low.
4.
Nozzle and electrode do not match well.
5.
The 470µ/450V filter capacitor is not correct.
6.
The welding rod is wet or in poor condition.
7.
The current supplied is too low.
