3. The charger automatically starts charging the battery. The green LED flashes.
4. When charging is complete, the LED status indicator lights up solid green. The
charger automatically switches to maintenance charging.
5. If you would like to disconnect the charger again, begin by disconnecting it from
the mains before you disconnect the terminals from the battery.

If the charger shows a fully charged battery after a few minutes, this indicates that
the battery was already full before charging or that the battery is old or damaged. In
this case, the battery must be replaced.

8. MAINTENANCE AND CARE
This charger requires only minimal maintenance. As with any device or tool, certain
measures extend the life of the battery charger.
1. Store the charger in a clean, dry place.
2. Wind up the cable when it is not being used.
3. Clean the housing and the cable with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Clean the terminals with a solution of water and baking powder to protect them
from corrosion.
5. Examine the cables regularly for cracks or other damages and have them replaced
