BURNERS IGNITION (FIG. 5-6)
- Turn on the switch and turn knob A in pos. 1 to turn the power ( 230 V) of the brazier on
- Open the main cock of the gas distribution network.
- Turn knob R till the desired temperature.
- Press knob B (Table 1) of the gas valve when it is in position (

IGNITING THE MAIN BURNER AND ADJUSTING THE TEMPERATURE
Having ignited the pilot, the burner is activated by turning the knob (B Tav. 1) counter-clockwise and set it to position (

EXTINCTION
The shut down of the main burner occurs by turning the knob clockwise and setting it to pilot starting position (
of the pilot, turn the knob (B Table 1) clockwise and set it to the position marked with the symbol (

CONTAINER LIFTING AND DRAINING
In order to facilitate the drainage of the container, the bratpan is equipped with a mechanical lifting devicethat is moved by
rotating the tilting hand wheel (V) ; it lifts the container until tilting at 90°.
Warning : during the operation of the burner, make sure that the container is in a perfect horizontal position and is laying
onto the floor.
5.5
TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE
Bratpans are equipped with a safety thermostat Z, (placed under the lower board panel on the right) that is activated in case
of an irregular operation of the standard thermostat.
After the activation of the safety thermostat, you need to re-activate the thermostat in order for the bratpan to operate. This
operation has to be carried out by highly skilled personnel who will investigate the reason of the activation.
5.4
AUTOMATIC TILITING PAN MOD. GBRA AND GBRAVI
- Switch on omnipolar switch for the power.
- Switch to position 1 the mean appliance switch (Plate 5 pos. 1). The green controllamp indicats that your appliance is not.
- With the push button (Plate 5 pos. 9) you can tilt the pan.
- Upper push button pan is tilting. Lower push button pan goes down.
N.B. tiltingmotor stops automatically if the "Pan" is in the maximum or minimum position.
If the "Pan" isn't completely down, the gas burner cannot work.
Attention: Check every 6 month the working of the tilting-mecchanism. See Maintenance.
