- Before maintenance operations, put the electric power supply off. Close the water-and gas cocks.
- Daily scale stainless steel parts with tepid soapy water, then abundantly rinse and dry with care.
- Never use abrasive products (such as steel wool, brush or normal steel scrapers) that can rust the stainless steel surface. In
case, polishing by using stailess steel wool in silking direction.
- If the appliance is not used for a long period, energetically clean all the steel surfaces, by using a cloth damped with vaseline
oil to lay off a protective film. Periodically air the rooms.
- Absolutely avoid any continuous or discontinuous contacts with ferrous materials do not cause galvanic corrosions.
- The cover of the brais cooker, when not in service, must be open.
- After emptying the pan, carefully wash it in order to scrape off the scale; in preference, we recommended to use nylon
brushes.
- As regards models with iron bottom, after cleaning, turn the appliance on for some minutes, turning the knobs on maximum
position, in order to dry the bottom in the shortest time. Then lubricate it by using a light thread of oil.
- Periodically (every six months) lubricate screw and nut screw of the turnover mechanism, by using heat resistant grease. To
execute such operation, disassemble the front panel.
CAUTION
During connection, it is absolutely necessary, to avoid the contact of tank stainless steel surfaces with ferrous materials.
Eliminate any eventual metal chips that can foul the bottom ok the walls of the tank, during water pipe connection.
If the appliance is not used for a long time, do not leave water inside the tank.
The manufacturer does not answer for the damage due to non-observance of the a.m. instructions.
Do not wash the appliance with high pressure or direct jets because any possible infiltration inside the electric system could
damage the regular operation of the appliance and its safety system.
