This warranty is underwritten by Falco Insurance Company and is extended to the original
retail purchaser of this model or, if this unit is purchased and requires installation by a
building contractor, to the original owner of the home. No subsequent purchaser of the unit
or of a home in which it is installed is entitled to any of the benefits of this warranty.
This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. No other parts or components are
warranted. There is no warranty for defects caused by abuse, faulty installation, or the like.
Repairs or replacement parts supplied under this warranty are warranted only for the
period of this warranty; that is, two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase of
the unit.
In the event of a defect or malfunction, we will replace or repair the defective part or
component only and return the new or repaired part to you freight prepaid.
You must bear all other expenses incurred in obtaining repairs, including labor required
for field repair or replacement, and the cost of shipping the defective part to us. You must
also bear the cost of repair to or replacement of any part or component and the shipping
charges incurred for the repair or replacement and return to you of any part or component
not covered by this warranty, including parts or components damaged by you.
The company reserves the right to demand and receive written evidence of the date of
purchase before undertaking its obligations under this warranty. The right to demand and
receive written evidence of date of purchase extends to all licensed dealers of Ventamatic,
Ltd. products.
You should, therefore, retain your sales slip and attach a copy of it to the warranty claim.

An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) form is required for returns to the
factory to ensure your return can be processed efficiently and quickly. Please
contact Ventamatic, Ltd. toll-free at 800-433-1626 or via web at www.bvc.com
to obtain an RGA and follow the instructions given.
There is no informal dispute settling mechanism available in the event of a controversy
involving this warranty.
Any and all implied warranties which may exist terminate upon the expiration of this war-
ranty two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Ventamatic, Ltd. is not liable to you for incidental or consequential damages arising out of
defect or malfunction of a unit or its installation or out of any alleged breach of this war-
ranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which
may vary from state to state.

Esta garantía está respaldada por Falco Insurance Company y se extiende al comprador
minorista original de este modelo o, si la unidad fue adquirida y requiere la instalación bajo la
dirección de un contratista del sector de la construcción, al propietario original de la vivienda.
La adquisición subsecuente de la unidad o de la vivienda en que esté instalada no faculta a
ninguno de los beneficiarios para ampararse en esta garantía.
Este producto está garantizado contra defectos materiales o de fabricación por el período
de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha original de la compra minorista. Ninguna otra pieza o
componente está bajo garantía. No hay garantía por defectos como consecuencia del abuso,
instalación inadecuada y causas similares.
Las reparaciones y piezas de repuesto suministradas al amparo de esta garantía se atienen al
período establecido, esto es: dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de la compra minorista original
de la unidad.
En caso de defecto o disfunción, nosotros repondremos o repararemos sólo la pieza o compo-
nente defectuoso y te devolveremos la pieza nueva o reparada con flete prepagado.
El cliente tiene que correr con todos los demás gastos en que incurre por las reparaciones, inc-
luso por la mano de obra requerida por la reparación o reposición, así como el costo del envío
a nosotros de la pieza defectuosa. También correrá con los costos de reparación o reposición
de cualquier pieza o componente y con los cargos incurridos en el envío para su reparación
o reposición, y del retorno de cualquier pieza o componente no cubierto por esta garantía,
incluyendo aquellas piezas o componentes dañados por el propio cliente.
La compañía se reserva el derecho a exigir y recibir prueba por escrito de la fecha de compra
antes de llevar a cabo sus obligaciones por imperativo de esta garantía. El derecho a exigir
y recibir prueba por escrito de la fecha de compra se extiende a todos los distribuidores de
productos Ventamatic, Ltd. con licencia.
En consecuencia, el cliente debe conservar el comprobante de compraventa y adjuntar una
copia de este a su reclamo de garantía.
Para comenzar una reclamación bajo la garantía, debe:

Para las devoluciones a la fábrica se requiere un formulario RGA (Autorización de
retorno) para garantizar que su devolución pueda ser procesada de manera eficiente y
rápida. Para obtener un formulario RGA, contacte a Ventamatic, Ltd. sin cargo al 800-
433-1626 o por Internet en www.bvc.com y siga las instrucciones que se proporcionan.
No se establece mecanismo informal para la solución de conflicto con relación a esta garantía.
Cualquiera y todas las garantías implícitas que pudieran darse al expirar esta garantía caducan
a los dos (2) años de la fecha de la compra minorista original. Algunos estados no permiten
limitaciones en la duración de una garantía implícita, por consiguiente la limitación anterior
puede no aplicarse en su caso.
Ventamatic, Ltd. no es responsable ante el cliente por ningún daño indirecto o directo que
aflore de defecto o disfunción de la unidad o de su instalación o de cualquier presunta violación
de esta garantía. Algunos estados no permiten la exclusión o limitación de daños directos o
indirectos, por lo cual lo expuesto más arriba pudiera no aplicarse a su caso.
Esta garantía otorga derechos legales específicos y usted pudiera tener también otros dere-
chos, que varían según el estado.
