Intended use
GB
• This appliance is intended to be used for commercial appli-
cations, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens,
hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries,
butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of
food.
• The appliance is designed only for heating and defrosting of
food products using appropriate dishes. Any other use may
lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be
deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable
for improper use of the device.
Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be
connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk
of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric
current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug
or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections
must be properly installed and grounded.

Remark: The content of this manual applies for all listed items
unless specified otherwise. The appearance may vary from the
shown illustrations.
Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please
contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the
device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>
Cleaning & Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Keep the user manual for future reference.
NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit
a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is
well ventilated.

Turntable installation
(Fig.2 on page 3)
• Never place the glass turntable upside down.
• Both the turntable roller and glass turntable must be used
during cooking.
• All the food and beverages must be placed on the glass turn-
table for cooking.
• Place the turntable roller, glass turntable along vertical with
the turntable shaft. Make sure they rotate smoothly.
• Clean the glass turntable after each use.
• WARNING! DO NOT use the microwave if the glass turntable
or the turntable ring is cracked or damaged. If this happens,
you should contact the supplier immediately.
• Use only the supplied turntable roller and glass turntable.
• All the food and beverages must be placed on the glass turn-
table for cooking.
Operating instructions
• Place the microwave on a flat, stable, heat resistant and dry
horizontal surface. Leave space for sufficient airflow:
- above the microwave : 30 cm
- at the back : 10 cm
- on both sides : 10 cm
• Open the microwave door by pressing the door release but-
ton.
• Put the turntable roller and glass turntable in the correct
place. Otherwise, it cannot rotate smoothly. (See ==> Turn-
table installation).
• Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical supply outlet.
Notes:
• Do not place the microwave where heat, moisture or high hu-
midity are generated, or near combustible materials.
• Make sure the power cord is undamaged and does not run
under the microwave or over any hot or sharp surfaces.
• The power plug must be readily accessible so that it can be
easily disconnected in an emergency.
• ATTENTION: The grill rack can be only be used in Grill mode.
• The glass turntable should be used in all modes: Microwave,
grill and combination modes.
• Use suitable dishes when use with grill rack to avoid touching
the walls of the appliance.
• Place the food with container and close the door.
Setting Power level & Timer:
• Set the cooking power by turning the power knob to a desired
power level on the control panel. (Microwave, combination or
grill mode).
• Set the cooking time (Range: 0 min ~ 35 mins) by turning the
timer knob to the desired cooking time.
• The microwave will start the cooking operation automatically
after power and timer are set.
• After the set cooking time is elapsed, "Dong" sound will be
heard and the cooking operation is finished.
• Now, you can take out the food. Use oven gloves if necessary
(not included). Be careful of the hot surface.
• If not use the appliance, always set the timer to "0" position.
