A. On curved glass, whether concave or convex.
B. In glass thicknesses of less than 3 mm.
C. On glass panes with a gasket (silicone or rubber) between the frame and the glass with the
following characteristics: if the gasket has an angle (ɑ) of less than 45° and its distance at
the edge (lb) is greater than 5 mm. The window-cleaning robot may lose suction and fall.
If your window gaskets fit these characteristics, do not use the window-cleaning robot.
3. OPERATION
Important
The window-cleaning robot must be plugged to a mains socket at all times during operation.
Connectivity
- Connect the power cord to the adapter cord.
- Plug the connector to the WinDroid and tighten the nut. Fig. 4
- Finally, plug the power cord to the electric circuit.
Positioning the rope
- Make sure the safety rope's knot is not loose.
- Secure the safety rope before using the window-cleaning robot, ensuring it is tight. Place
the hook from the other end of the rope to a fix and stable object at home to prevent risks.
Make sure the rope height is appropriate to prevent risks in case of accidental dropping.

Positioning the mop

- Position the mop correctly on the window-cleaning robot's bottom part's velcro.
- Make sure the mop is correctly positioned, without it covering the fall-detection sensors
and wheels.
- Spray the mop with water or glass cleaner. Do not spray on the window-cleaning robot or
its sensors. It is recommended to wipe the bottom of the window cleaning robot and the
fall-detection sensors with a soft, dry cloth after spraying the mop.
Filling up the water tank
- Lift the tanks' silicone tabs located on the top of the window-cleaning robot.
- Fill with water or window cleaner using the filling bottle. Please do not use any other liquid,
as it may affect the correct operation of the robot.
On/Off
- Press and hold the power button to turn the window-cleaning robot on and off.

- While in operation, press the power button to pause or start cleaning. The window-
cleaning robot will clean in N mode by default.
Charging the battery
Please note
The WinDroid battery has a safety system which, in the event of a power failure, has a back-up
of up to 30 minutes. The backup time (30 minutes) will depend on the current charge when the
window-cleaning robot stops receiving electrical power or on the previous work. Make sure
the battery is completely charged before switching the device on (adapter green light).
1. Press the power button and plug in the power cord–the orange light will come on, indicating
that the robot is charging.
2. Once completely charged, the light will turn green.
Charging time is approximately 2 hours. It can vary depending on the charging conditions (fully
or not) and the product age.
How to activate the safety measures
Before starting
- To clean windows or glass doors without a balcony, you must place a safety warning for
the persons near the objects.
- After every use, check the safety rope does not show any damage or faults. Also check that
the safety rope is securely fastened, and that the anchorage height is adequate.
Placing the Conga WinDroid robot on the glass/window
- Hold down the power button for a few seconds and make sure the inner fan is on.
- Place the window cleaning robot on the glass or window. Place it at least 8 cm away from
the window frame. Fig. 7
- Make sure the window cleaning robot remains firmly attached to the glass before releasing
it.
Note
Hold the window-cleaning robot with your hand before turning it off.
How to remove the Conga WinDroid robot from the glass/window
When cleaning is finished, hold the safety rope with one hand and hold down the power button
with the other to turn off the window-cleaning robot. Once switched off, detach it from the
glass.
