Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING:
• Always remove the plug before cleaning.
• Under no circumstances should you immerse the appliance in water for cleaning
purposes. Otherwise, this might result in an electric shock or fire.
• The blades on the knife block are very sharp. A risk of injury exists! Proceed carefully
when disassembling, cleaning and assembling the individual parts.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
Lid, Bottle, Knife Block
• Clean these parts by hand in a bowl of hot water.
• Dry the parts before fitting them.
Housing
Only a moderately moist cloth should be used for cleaning the outside of the appliance.
Storage
• Clean the appliance as described above.
• We recommend storing the appliance in its original packaging if out of use for a long
period of time.
• Always store the appliance out of reach of children and in a well-ventilated, dry place.
