WARNINGS
This appliance is intended for professional use
and must only be used by trained personnel. This
appliance is exclusively designed to cook food.
Any other use shall be deemed improper.
The use of the steak griddle on the grilles is
permitted only on the small burners.
In the event of fault, disconnect the electric
connection of the grill.
For repairs, refer to authorised service centres;
demand original spare parts only.
At first operation, the appliance should be
operated at neutral position. Thus the appliance
will be purified protective grease and isolation
materials.
The containers placed onto the plate should cover
the whole surface of the plate entirely. If there is
no container on the plates and if the container is
empty, never operate the appliance.
A - COOKER
700 SERIES ROUND PLATE
• The plates are ün180mm with 2000W and
220mm plates with a power of 2600W. Each
plate is controlled by individual switches.
Operation of the plates
• Switch on the main switch to which the device is
connected.
• Move the control knob to the desired value (1-2-
3-4-5-6).
• In order to obtain the maximum power from the
plates, first operate at the highest temperature
position "6", the lower temperature position when
the boiling temperature is reached.
USAGE
Closing the plates
• Set the control switch to "0".
700 SERIES SQUARE PLATE
• 220x220mm plates with a power of 2600W.
Each plate is controlled by individual switches.
Operation of the plates
• Switch on the main switch to which the device is
connected.
• Move the control knob to the desired value (1-2-
3-4).
• In order to obtain maximum power from the
plates, first operate at the highest temperature
position kay 4 4, lower temperature position when
boiling temperature is reached.
Closing the plates
• Set the control switch to "0".

• 300x300mm plates with 4000W power. Each
plate is controlled by individual switches.
Operation of the plates
• Control button positions
• Switch on the main switch to which the device is
connected.
• Turn the control knob of the plate to be used
according to the number on the button to the
desired temperature value. In this case, the turn
signal light comes on.
• To obtain the best heating efficiency from the
plates, first switch to "4" maximum heat position.
The button must be lowered after reaching the
desired temperature.
Closing the plates
• Set the control knob to "0".
B - OVEN
Operation of the Oven
Thermostat knob should be set to the requested
temperature value. You can adjust the temperature
0
betwen 50
C and 300
requested temperature value, white indicator will
be on. That indicates the oven is heating.
In case the temperature inside the oven reaches
the requested temperature, the thermostat stops
the operation of the heaters and at the same time
indicator will be off.
Turn the fan control knob to "1" position in order
to cook in Turbo mode.
IMPORTANT : The door of the oven should be
closed entirely during the cooking cycle to
