Safety instructions
Read all instructions very carefully before using the
air tool. All operators must be fully informed about
the safety regulations in the use of pneumatic tools.
All service and repair work must only be carried
out by trained specialists. Make sure that you use
a compressor with a sufficient air delivery (see
technical data). Check the compressed air hose and all
connections regularly for wear. Carry the tool by the
handle and not by the hose. Your hand should also not
be near the operating presser in this case.
The tool is not earthed or insulated against electricity.
Never use it where there is a possibility of contact with
electricity. Disconnect the tool from the air supply
when not in use. NEVER change accessories or perform
maintenance while the appliance is connected to the
air supply. Prevent the hose from coming into contact
with heat, oil or sharp edges. The hose should be
replaced if it is damaged or worn. NEVER operate the
appliance with an air pressure higher than 12 bar. Use
a pressure regulator that reduces the air pressure to
12 bar. Behave responsibly towards other people. Also
ensure a firm footing Observe compressor operating
instructions/regulations.
Danger of explosion! Do not use in potentially
explosive areas and observe the maximum pressure.
Use compressed air only.
WARNING! Whipping filling hose during filling or
draining process, hold filling hose with plug. Do not
kink the filling hose.
WARNING! Whipping compressed air hose when
opening the quick coupling, hold compressed air hose
firmly!
CAUTION! Trip hazard! Avoid or pay attention to
compressed air hoses that are routed across the floor!
DANGER ! Never direct the air jet at people, animals,
electrical parts or yourself.
Protect yourself, other persons, animals, property and
your environment by taking the necessary protective
measures, instruction in the use of the equipment
and precautions to avoid damage to health, property,
value, the environment or the risk of accidents. Repairs
may only be carried out by the manufacturer or its
authorised service partners. Prohibited: Tampering;
misuse; emergency repairs; other energy sources;
remove or damage safety devices; use in case of
leakage or malfunction; no original spare parts; exceed
specified permissible working pressure; transport,
maintain, repair the unit under pressure, leave it
unattended; use other / wrong lubricants; smoke; open
fire; remove stickers.

Maintenance
Always remove the plug from the
socket before carrying out any work on the
appliance.
Always carry out a visual inspection before use
to check whether the appliance is damaged. Do
not use the appliance if it is damaged or if the
safety devices are defective. Replace worn and
damaged parts.
Caution! If the connecting cable of this applian-
ce is damaged, it must be replaced by the ma-
nufacturer or its customer service or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
Always keep the ventilation slots of the machine
clean.
