HOWTO USEYOUR PRESSURE WASHER

Exhaustheat/gases can ignite combustibbs,
structures or damage fuel tank causing a fire.
• Keepat least5 ft. (152 cm) clearance on all sidesof pressure
washerincludingoverhead.
Placepressure washer outdoors in an area that wilI not
accumuiate deadiy exhaust gas. DO NOT place pressure
washer where exhaust gas (A) could accumuiate and enter
inside or be drawn into a potentia@ occupied buiiding.
Ensureexhaust gas is kept away from any windows, doors,
ventiiation intakes, or other openings that can aliow exhaust
gas to coliect in a confined area. Prevaiiingwinds and air
currents should be taken into consideration when positioning
_ressurewasher.

Running engine gives off carbon monoxide, an

dorless, colorless, poison gas.
Breathingcarbon monoxide can cause headache,
fatigue, dizziness, vomiting, confusion, seizures,
nausea, fainting or death.

To Start Yeur Pressure Washer
To start your engine-powered pressure washer for the first
time, foiiow these instructions step-by-step. This starting
information also appiies whenever you start the engine after
you have iet the pressure washer sit idle for at bast a day.
1.
Placepressure washer outside near an water source
capabie of supplying water at a flow rate greater than
3.3 galions per minute and no iess than 20 PSi at
pressure washer end of garden hose.
2.
Checkthat higll pressure hose is tightiy connected to
spray gun and pump. See Assembling Your Pressure
Washerfor iilustrations.
3.
Make sure unit is in a ievei position.
4.
Connectgarden hose to water intet on pressure washer
pump.

DO NOT run the pump without the water supply connected
nd turned on.

5.
Turn ONwater, point gun in a safe direction and squeeze
trigger to purge pump system of air and impurities.
6.
Placecolored quick connect spray tips in slots on holder
attached to nozzle extension.
7.
Attach nozzleextension to spray gun. Tighten by hand.
8.
Choose spray tip you want to use and insert it into
nozzle extension. See How to Use Spray T,{ps.
