TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: The router does not work.
- Check for the router is plugged into the
power source.
- Check for the detachable cord be connected
on the motor.
- Check for the switch to be on "ON" position.
- Check for worn out or damaged carbon
brushes.
Problem: The surface of the work piece is not
smooth after cutting.
- Check if the cutting bit is sharpened.
- Verify if operator started routing at an inap-
propriate bit speed.
Problem: Bit can not be installed.
- Make sure that the cutting bit has an addecu-
ate size for the collet opening.
