Visor (Figure 15)
Tools Required:
Torx screwdriver T20, Torque wrench
(inch-lbs).
1.
Loosen and remove the existing (4) corner 8-32 screws
on the face of the fixture (Fig 15) and retain for future
reference.
2.
Align visor on top of lens clips matching the (4) existing
holes.
3.
Use the existing (4) 8-32 screws to secure visor.
4.
To remove visor, follow steps 1-3 in reverse order.

Baffle (Figure 16)
Tools Required:
Torx screwdriver T20.
1.
Loosen and remove the existing (4) 8-32 screws on
the face of the fixture (Fig 16) and retain for future
reference.
2.
Remove the trim plate from top of LEDs completely
and discard.
3.
Align baffle on top of lens clips matching the (4)
existing holes.
4.
Use the existing (4) 8-32 screws to secure visor.
5.
To remove baffle, follow steps 1-3 in reverse order.

TYS (Figure 17,18)
Tools Required:
wrench (ft-lbs), 1/4 inch allen drive and snips.

ote:
TYS slipfitter is designed to fit 3 inch OD pipes. 2.38
pipe is not recommended for this application.
1.
Check the grommet opening to make sure cord will
make a tight fit. Cut across the stepped feature of the
grommet if larger opening is required. Recommended
cord outer diameter range (Fig 18): 1st step: .25-.375
inch; 2nd step: .375 – 0.50 inch; 3rd step: .50 -0.60
inch (Fig 16).
2.
Peel off paper backing from grommet flange to expose
the adhesive and pull the grommet through the yoke
bracket such that flange is on top of the bracket and
gasket body resides below where slipfitter will be
installed (Fig 17).
3.
Using the grommet and slipfitter center hole as guides,
mount the slipfitter to the bottom side of yoke with 4
3/8-16 bolts, (8) flat washers provided. Tighten to 25 ft
lbs (Fig 17)
4.
Pull the supply wire leads through the top of pole or
tenon topper.
5.
Make wiring connections inside the slipfitter: Connect
supply wires to appropriate fixture leads:
a.
Supply side ground wire to green fixture lead.
b.
Supply side neutral wire to white fixture lead.
c.
Supply side line voltage wire to black fixture lead.
