5. Before starting the equipment
5.1 Quick-release coupling
Connect
Push the nipple on your compressed air hose into
the quick-release coupling, the sleeve will auto-
matically spring forwards.
Disconnect
Pull back the sleeve and remove the hose.
Warning! As you release the hose coupling,
hold the hose coupling part in your hand to
prevent injuries caused by the hose being
thrown backwards.
The compressed air hose is also fi tted with a
quicklock coupling to which accessories can be
connected as described above.
6. Operation
Danger! Fit the adapters (3, 4, 5) fully onto the
connector (6), otherwise there is a risk of them
being thrown off during use (Fig. 3-5).
For information on the correct use of the adapters
for the various valves, please refer to the following
overview:
•
Ball needle (Figure 1)
Uses: For pumping up balls.
The ball needle can be used to pump up various
types of balls.
TIP: To avoid damaging the valve, moisten the
ball needle slightly before inserting.
•
Valve adapter (Figure 2)
Uses: Fits bicycle tyre valves.
The valve adapter makes infl ating bicycle tyres
easy.
•
Adapter 3 (Figure 3)
Uses: For all valves with an internal diameter of
over 8 mm.
You can use this adapter for the Splash-Pool or
Boat, for example.
TIP: When inserting the adapter, ensure that the
opening of the adapter is towards the open side
of the non-return valve (see diagram). This will
ensure that any problems which may arise can be
avoided.

Important! The valve cap must be opened
slightly by squezing it.
•
Adapter 4 (Figure 4)
Uses: For screw valves.
This adapter can be used for all ordinary infl ata-
ble dinghies, such as the Boat, kayaks or other
large infl atables such as pools, which are fi tted
with a screw valve.
•
Vent adapter (Figure 5)
Uses: For defl ation valves
Defl ation valves are often found with other valves
(standard valves, screw valves...) on many large
volume infl atables, such as the Flock Bed.
TIP: The infl atable can initially be infl ated using
the defl ation valve. However, you should fi nish in-
fl ating the item using the infl ation valve provided.
Adapter 3 or 4 can be used for the infl ation valve.
•
Conical universal adapter (Fig. 6-7)
Area of application: The universal adapter can
be used for infl ating airbeds and other similar
items.
Range of applications:
The tire pressure gauge allows you to infl ate tires
easily and exactly. Use the pressure gauge to
check the tire pressure. If the tire pressure is too
high, you can reduce the pressure with the integ-
rated relief valve (b).
Warning! Observe the information supplied by
the tire manufacturer and the vehicle manufactu-
rer relating to the recommended tire pressure.
Warning! This equipment is not calibrated! For a
calibrated measurement value, check the actual
tire pressure using a calibrated meter after you
have infl ated the tires yourself, e.g. at a petrol
station.
7. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
7.1 Cleaning
•
We recommend that you clean the appliance
immediately after you use it.
•
Clean the accessories after use with a suitab-
le cleaning agent (observe the instructions on
the working materials).
