INSTRUCTION MANUAL
PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
This tool is designed to seal up any gap or crack in a
wide variety of materials such as metal, glass, wood
and ceramic.
It comes equipped with a LED work light for an enhan-
ced visibility, specially while operating in dark places, a
variable speed switch and a trigger lock-off system. It
also features an anti-drip mechanism. After releasing
the switch 0.2-0.3s, the back-gluing time is of 0.8s.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
• Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches
and any other conditions that may affect its ope-
ration.
• Do not operate the tool in the presence of flam-
mable liquids, gases or dust.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry and tighten long hair.
• Avoid an accidental starting. Disconnect the bat-
tery from the tool and place the switch in the loc-
ked or off position before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing the tool.
• Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free
from oil and grease.
• Always wear eye and respiratory protection.
• Hold the tool by the insulated grip surface when
performing an operation where the tool may come
in contact with the hidden wiring. Contact with a
"live" wire will make exposed metal parts of the
tool "live" and shock the operator.
• Make sure all keys and adjusting wrenches are re-
moved from the tool before switching it on to avoid
them to fly away at high velocity.
• Use just enough pressure to keep the bit biting but
do not push too hard to avoid stalling the motor or
damaging the bit while drilling.
• Use the auxiliary handle where possible to gain ex-
tra control and to prevent fatigue.
• Do not use the plunger rod handle as a hook to
suspend objects from. The plunger rod handle may
be used to suspend tool from a stable location
when not in use or for storage.
OPERATION
Switch On/Off
• To turn it on, slowly depress the trigger switch.
• To turn it off, fully release the trigger switch.
NOTE! Once the trigger switch is depressed, the LED
light will turn on.
Variable speed dial
The speed can be controlled by the variable speed
dial:
• Rotate the dial anticlockwise to set a lower speed.
• Rotate the dial clockwise to set a higher speed.
NOTE! "1" is the lowest (slowest) setting and "6" is the
highest (fastest) setting.
Trigger switch lock-off
This caulking gun is equipped with a trigger switch
lock-off to safeguard against an involuntary release of
material.
When the plunger reaches its maximum and contacts
the lock-off button, it will make the trigger switch to
stop working:
The trigger can also be locked off during operation:
1. To lock the trigger switch, press trigger switch lock
off button. The tool will not operate in the locked
position.
2. To unlock the trigger switch, release the trigger
switch lock-off.
Plunger rod adjustment
1. Press and hold the plunger rod release trigger.
2. Push or pull the plunge rod handle to the desired
position.
3. Release the plunger rod release trigger.
