"warm" again. However if you turn on/off
the fan with the wall switch the settings
will not be saved and the light will turn on
according to the default settings (some
models do save the settings when using
the wall switch)
First use:
• Switch it on.
• Check the speed and light (if your
model has it)
Using the product with the switch and
the remote controller:
• You cannot control speed with the wall
switch. The wall switch only allows
you to turn it on. Speed can only be
selected with the remote controller.
• You can use the switch to turn on/off
the light. Depending on your model,
light:
• Will automatically turn on when
you press the switch.
• Turn the light on with the remote
controller and then press the switch.
The light will turn off and the settings
will be saved for the next time you
use it. You can check these settings
by pressing the switch again.
Winter function:
This option involves reversing the blades
to distribute the hot air that accumulates
against the ceiling, allowing continued use
of your fan throughout the year.
To use this function simply place the
switch on the "SUMMER" side (on the left)
for the summer months and switch to the
"WINTER" side (on the right) for the winter
months. See picture 09 on page 9.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This product does not require a great deal
of maintenance. To clean, please follow the
instructions below:
• Unplug the fan first and wait until it
comes to a complete stop.

• Use only a soft damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• If you are not going to use the fan
for some time, it is recommended to
remove the batteries from the remote
control and store it in a clean and dry
place.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Occasionally you can solve yourself some
failures in you r appliance. Check the
Problem-Solution chart included in this
manual. See table 02 on page 11.
Otherwise, please contact our Customer
service.
If you notice any failure you cannot fix
yourself and it´s preventing you from using
the appliance, disconnect it from the power
supply.

Reprogramming the remote controller:
Once you have finished the installation,
assembly and electric connection of your
fan, check that the remote control interacts
correctly with the fan, if it does not it is
possible that the remote controller needs
to be reset.
To reset your remote controller, please
follow these steps (See picture 11 on page
10.):
• Step 01-A: Leave the fan light turned on
from the wall switch so that there is
power supplied to the fan.
• Step 02-B: Press buttons ON/Off and HI
at the same time (for 3 seconds)
• Step 03-C: The light in the remote will
flash for 3 seconds and then the remote
controller will operate normally
