If you prefer, you can access the video
directly on YouTube, writing on the search
bar "Control your portable window air
conditioner with Alexa | UniversalBlue".
If you are not using the video to help you
with the connection, follow these steps:
• Connect the air conditioner, once it gets
into the standby mode press the "FAN"
button for 3 seconds to enter the Wi-Fi
connection mode.
• Open the app "Smart Life" and press
"+" on the top right corner to add a new
network device.
• If you can´t find it, you can manually
select
"Portable
(BLE+Wi-Fi)" within the 4th category:
"Appliances g..." (see image 12 on page 7
to find the name of your product within
the different categories)
• Make sure that the light is flashing
(twice per second) and press "Confirm
that the light is flashing". If it does not,
press "Reset the device step by step".
If neither of these work, press " Verify
that the light is flashing" (even if it´s not
flashing and there is no Wi-Fi symbol)
and continue. The appliance will be
recognized immediately. See image 13
on page 7
• Select the Wi-Fi network (note: the
network must have a bandwidth of
2.4 Ghz) and enter the password. The
device will initiate the synchronization
process and will connect to the app. See
images 14 and 15 on page 7.
• When the device is recognized it will
pop up on your screen and you will
have to select it in order to add it.
• When you have successfully completed
the configuration of the devices, the AC
will show on our screen. Press the icon
to enter the control page. See image 16
on page 7.

Maintenance
When the air conditioner is to be stored for
a long period of time:
• Remove the rubber stopper (plug) from
the drain outlet
• Insert the drain hose into the drainage.
Follow these steps on both units, indoor
and outdoor. (Component 13 of image
03 on page 4). See image 02 on page 4.
• Drain the water and all the condensation
(in a suitable place). We advise doing
it outdoors to prevent any damage
indoors.
• Whenever necessary, tilt the indoor
unit to make sure you are eliminating
all the water inside. When you finish
put the rubber stopper again.
To clean:
• For cleaning the outside: Wipe the
outside with a damp cloth. They dry
the device thoroughly with a dry
cloth. Do not allow water or deterrent
to enter the machine. Do not clean the
air conditioner with an aggressive
cleaning agent and/or pertrol.
• Clean filter: It is important to regularly
remove the dust from the filter. Remove
the filter as shown in the picture below.
Clean the filter with tap water and / or
a vacuum cleaner to remove any dirty
from the filter. Make sure the filter has
dried before putting it back in the air
conditioner. Do not use water hotter
than 40°C for cleaning and do not
expose the filter to the sun.
Storage:
• Remove the unit from the window.
• Remove the rubber seal from the indoor
unit, drain the condensate water.
• Keep running in fan mode to make the
internal dry.
• Turn off the conditioner and pull down
the plug.
• Wash the filter then install;
• Tear down the accessories and store.
• Store the air conditioner in a cool
and dry place. We recommend that
you put the air conditioner back in
its packaging when you store it. This
