Check the electrical connections. The installation
may be faulty.
The problem might be related to some internal
component, please contact our technical service.
The bulbs might have burnt out. Please check if
this is the case and change them accordingly. If it
is still not working, please contact our technical
service.

The fan is uneven. Use the fan blade balancing kit
to solve it.
