Replacing the compressor
■ 5.3.
In the event of replacing an AJ² compressor, refer to the
installation instruction for compressors with T-ConnectTM
; see Appendix 6.
Searching for leaks and regular checks
■ 5.4.
Use the appropriate equipment to empty or refill the system
(recovery machine, goggles, gloves, etc.).
A check for leaks must be carried out according to the local
regulations or at least once a year.
Electrical checks
■ 5.5.
Always check the electrical connections of screwed down
components. Tighten if necessary.
Check the following on a regular basis:
- the safety and control components,
- the condition of the electrical and refrigeration connections
(retightening, oxidation, etc.),
- the operating conditions,
- the compressor fixings on its base,
- the cowling attachments (no vibrations),
- the operation of the crankcase heater.
Dehydration
■ 5.6.
WINTSYS® units are all fitted with a soldered dehydration filter.
Choosing a dehydration filter:
When working on the refrigerant circuit, you are recommended
to replace the dehydration filter with one of similar capacity
and load loss. Check the assembly direction.
