• Keep the door open so that inside the drum and detergent drawer can be well ventilated.
• Always keep the detergent drawer and the auto dispenser covers closed except when adding detergent and/or
softener. Air can enter all the way inside and can dry out the detergent and/or softener.
• Some detergent may leak from the detergent drawer while removing the drawer from the washing machine.
This is normal.
• Verify the dispenser openings, turn the caps to open, and then fill with detergent or softener up to the MAX line.
• Do not use a mixture of a detergent and a softener.
• Always keep the dispensers with the cap closed.
Setting the amount of detergent/softener input
Follow these instructions to increase or decrease the amount of detergent/softener dispensed automatically.
1. Tap .
2. Turn the Navigation dial to select Dose Per Wash or Dose Per Rinse.
• Dose Per Wash: You can select the amount of detergent to input.
• Dose Per Rinse: You can select the amount of softener to input.
3. Tap O to change the setting.
• Default setting is Med., and you can select from Med., High, Off, or Low.
Setting the water hardness/softener concentration level
1. Tap and hold for 3 seconds.
2. Turn the Navigation dial to select Water Hardness or Softener.
3. Tap O to change the setting.
• The default setting for Water Hardness is Med. Changing the setting adjusts the amount of detergent dose.
