If you wish to adjust the temperature of the burners during cooking:
a. Press the A and B keys simultaneously to adjust both
cooktops at the same time.
b. Press only the A or B keys if you only wish to adjust the
temperature setting of one of the burners.
c. The temperature control/s selected will start blinking
again while you adjust the temperature.
d. Use the INCREASE and DECREASE keys to adjust the
temperature setting.
e. Confirm the new settings by pressing the START/STOP key
or by waiting 3 seconds (after this time the unit will auto-
validate your selection).
f.
ATTENTION: If you press the START/STOP key after 3
seconds, the START/STOP key will act as a STOP and shut
off the burners.

If after step 2 you decide to only press one of the burner keys (A or
B), the same process from steps 4 to 6 will occur but only for the
burner selected.

If you press the START/STOP key while the burners are on and
heating, they will turn off and the appliance will go into standby
mode (only the START/STOP, A, and B keys are on).
a.
However, please note that even after the burners are
turned off, the KEEP WARM icon will remain on and blink
until the temperature of the burners/griddle plate is safe to
touch.
b.
DO NOT TOUCH THE COOKTOP OR GRIDDLE PLATE AFTER
TURNING OFF THE BURNERS UNTIL THE KEEP WARM ICON
SHUTS OFF COMPLETELY.
c.
If you only want to turn one of the burners off while cooking,
press the key of the burner you want off first and then press
the START/STOP key.
9.
To turn the appliance OFF completely, press the ON/OFF button
once. The appliance will beep, and all keys will turn off except for
the ON/OFF key.
