INFORMATION TO USERS OF HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 25 July 2005, n. 13.51 "Implementation of Directives
2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, relating to the reduction of the use of dangerous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as waste disposal" and of the Legislative
Decree 168 of 20 November 2008 "Implementation of Directive 2006/66/EC concerning batteries,
accumulators and related waste"
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol shown on the equipment, battery, and accumulator or on its
packaging indicates that both the equipment and the batteries/accumulators contained in it must be
collected separately from other waste at the end of their useful life. The user must, therefore, take the
aforementioned products that have reached the end of their life to suitable separate waste collection
centers, or return them to the retailer (in the case of equipment, at the time of purchasing a new one of an
equivalent type, on a one-to-one basis). Adequate separate collection for the subsequent sending of the
equipment and disused batteries/accumulators for recycling,
Illegal disposal of equipment, batteries and accumulators by the user entails the application of the sanctions
referred to in current legislation.

without this constituting an extension of the warranty.

appliance is excluded.
