● Do not place any items on the pet feeder.
● When children use the product, please use it under the supervision of parents.
● Do not use the feeder for pets that cannot reach the food tray or have any physical
disabilities.
● Do not immerse the base of the feeder in water at any time, as this may cause the product
to malfunction.
● This product is for dry food only. Do not use canned, wet, or damp food.
● Do not place any foreign objects in the pet feeder. This may cause product abnormalities or
the risk of pets eating the foreign object.
● Do not disassemble the equipment in any way other than as described in this user guide.
● If the equipment malfunctions or is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself.
Immediately contact the store customer service and resolve the issue.
● Be sure to unplug the power plug if not used for a long time.

● Do not use it outdoors. It is for indoor household use only. Check the operation regularly to
ensure that the pet feeder distributes food correctly.
● To prevent pets from knocking over the feeder, you can fix it with tape or other methods if
you have a mischievous pet baby.
● Do not place the product in an area where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
● Do not install or store the pet feeder in a place exposed to weather or temperatures
below -10℃ ~40℃.
● This product uses a No.1 battery for power supply. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
● Check the battery regularly. Be sure to replace with a new battery before leaving for a long
time.
● Do not lift the pet feeder with the lid or food bucket tray. Hold the base and food tray with
both hands for transportation, while keeping the product upright.
● It is for dry food only, with a size range of 3-13mm/0.11-0.51 inches in diameter. Larger
food may get stuck in the food outlet.
● Please replace the desiccant that in the desiccant box regularly.
