Restore To Factory Settings
While the screen is locked, press and hold
the ▲ button for 6 seconds until you hear
a "beep" sound to restore to factory
settings (including time, feeding schedule,
meal portions, recorded voice, etc.).

Q: Do I need to reset the device after a power outage?
A: No, the device has a memory function and does not require resetting.
Q: How do I modify the feeding schedule that I previously set up?
A: Press the "Settings" button, enter the meal setting mode, then press the "Settings" button
again to adjust meals 1-6 in sequence and modify them based on the original plan.
Q: If I have already set up a feeding schedule for three meals, can I add a fourth meal based
on the original plan?
A: Yes. The device has a memory function, and the previously set feeding schedule for three
meals can be preserved while continuing to add the fourth meal.
Q: I want to set up four meals per day, but I made a mistake in setting the time for the third
meal. How do I go back to modify it?
A: We suggest completing all of the feeding schedule settings first, then pressing the "Settings"
button again and returning to the third meal to modify it.
Cleaning And Maintenance
·To ensure the health of your pet, it is recommended to clean the feeder regularly.
·When the food tray becomes dirty, it can be removed. The stainless steel tray can also be
cleaned in the dishwasher.
·The lid and food tray can be washed with water.
·Only use a damp cloth to clean the body of the device. Do not put the entire product in the
dishwasher, as it may cause damage.

① Cleaning Preparation
◎ First, open the top cover and remove the desiccant bag underneath.
◎ Empty all the food in the feeder.
◎ After unlocking the product (press and hold the downward button for
6 seconds), press the feeding button several times to manually dispense
the remaining food until there is no excess food in the slot.
◎ Finally, unplug the power cord of the feeder.
