Possible Cause
The level of ambient light in the area
may be too bright to allow operation at
the current LUX setting.
Wiring inside electrical came loose.
No power is being delivered to the
fixture.
Another light source is causing the unit
to think it is daylight.
Time is set for too long.
The unit is operated in the mode of the
motion sensor being deactivated.
Continuous movement in the detection
zone
Light being operated in the detection
zone causing sensor to respond as a
result of change in temperature
Interference by sunlight.
Solution
During the hours of darkness, adjust
the LUX control slowly anticlockwise /
clockwise (choose suitable one) until
the lamp just illuminates
After turning off the fixture, reconnect
any loose wiring.
Check that circuit breaker and/or wall
switch power is on.
Turn off surrounding lights and/or
relocate the unit
Reduce time (TIME knob)
To activate the motion sensor
Change detection zone / Relocate
the unit
Change detection zone / Relocate
the unit
Re-set controls at night.
