Turn the board over with the slot for the fin facing up.
2.
Slide the fin in the slot.
3.
Take the attached pin and slide it through the inden-
tation on the sides of the slot.
How to Attach the Ankle Leash

General Paddling Information
The following are general steps to start paddling:
1.
For the most comfortable start, choose a flat water location without too much wind, current or tidal
movement.
2.
Push the board out onto water until the fins can't touch the bottom, usually knee-deep.
3.
Most people start with kneeling on the board. Hold the paddle in the middle with the blade angled to
the rear. Take 2 small strokes then swap the paddle to the other side and take two more.
4.
Once you feel comfortable, try to stand up. Place one foot on each side of the center of the board,
shoulder width apart. If standing up makes you feel nervous, you can knee down and try again.
5.
After standing up, soften your knees and tighten your core for balance.
6.
Pull your top arm towards your body to extend the paddle forward. Insert the paddle into the water
as far forward as possible and bury the paddle into the water. Remove the paddle from the water by
rotating inwards as the paddle comes in line with your body.
7.
To make a wide turn keep paddling on one side without switching. To make a narrow turn, place your
paddle near the tail of the board and pull forward whilst shifting your torso to the desired direction.
How to Deflate
-
There are two ways to deflate the SUP Board: using the pump or manually.
-
Pump
1.
Remove the fin and place the board on a smooth, stable, and horizontal surface.
2.
Unscrew the valve cover.
3.
Make sure the center valve pin is in the "DOWN" position by pushing it down
and turning it clockwise.
4.
Attach the black end of the hose to the pump on the side with the letters "DEF".
5.
Attach the gray end of the hose to the SUP Board and turn it clockwise to secure
the hose.
6.
Place the pump on a hard, level, and stable surface. Place your feet on the foot-
rest of the pump and start to pump. It takes approximately 5 minutes to deflate the SUP Board.
7.
When you're done deflating the SUP Board, turn the gray end counterclockwise to detach the pump.
8.
Roll up the SUP Board to remove the remaining air.
9.
Put the cap on the air valve and turn it clockwise to close it.

5.
Put the cap on the air valve and turn it clockwise to close it.
How to Repair Small Punctures
-
The repair kit contains repair fabric, and a valve wrench. Note that the glue is not included. Should you
need to repair the SUP board, we recommend using PVC glue for rubber boats.
1.
Cut your patch to extend 5 cm beyond all edges of the tear. Make sure to round the corners of the patch
to avoid peeling.
2.
Trace the outline of the patch on the damaged surface with a pencil.
3.
Clean the surface with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
4.
Apply the glue to the repair material and the board.
5.
When both of the surfaces are still tacky, you are ready to complete the patch.
6.
This is a contact adhesive and once the surfaces touch you cannot reposition the patch, so carefully align it
before bonding the two surfaces together.
7.
Carefully place the patch onto the board surface to prevent trapping air under the patch.
8.
Thoroughly go over the surface with the edge of the valve wrench to apply pressure and ensure a solid
bond.
9.
Let the glue dry completely. Do not inflate the SUP board before this time.
Maintenance and Cleaning
-
Hose off the board to clean it. Make sure to remove any residues or salt if used in salt water. Do not use
harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Most dirt can be removed with a mild soap and fresh water. Let
the board dry completely to prevent mildew buildup.
Storage
1.
Clean and check the board and all the accessories after each use.
2.
When you are not using the SUP Board, deflate it. Roll the board up from the tail and put it into the
backpack. Rolling from the tail can contain the fin boxes and clips inside the wrap, which will provide
better protection than exposing them to the outside. Never leave the (inflated) board outside.
3.
When storing your board, keep it in a clean and dry place that is not affected by major variations in tem-
perature and other damaging factors. Do not store the device in extreme high (above 65°C) or extreme
low temperatures (below -23°C).
4.
Store it away from rodents.
Disposal - Recycle
-
Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Sup Board with the household waste.
For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for
further details on your nearest designated collection point.
-
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
