v) Parts of the appliance may remain hot for some time after turning off.
w) Keep fingers away from the machine in operation, fast-moving and hot parts can cause injuries
and/or burns.
x) If the unit starts to vibrate, stop the engine and check for the cause immediately. The vibration
is usually a signal of failure.
y) To reduce the risk of fire, protect the motor/motor housing from oil, solvent or over-
lubrication.
z) Never remove or try to adjust the safety valve. Protect the safety valve from paint or any
deposits.
aa) Never try to repair or modify the tank! Welding, drilling or any other modification will weaken
the tank, causing possible damage from rupture or explosion. It is obligatory to replace worn
or damaged tanks.
bb) Drain the fluid from the tank after each operation. Tanks rust due to the accumulation of
moisture, which leads to their weakening. Drain the tank regularly and check periodically for
corrosion.
cc) The movement of air under pressure can cause the uplift of dust and debris, which can be
harmful. Air must be removed slowly while removing moisture or expanding the compressor
system.
dd) Do not spray flammable substances near an open flame, sparks or incandescent objects.
ee) Do not smoke while spraying paint, insecticides or other flammable substances.
ff) When spraying, use a mask and ensure adequate ventilation of the workplace to prevent
health and fire hazards.
gg) Do not point paint or other sprayed materials at the unit. Position the unit as far away from
the spray area as possible.
hh) Follow the instructions provided by the chemical manufacturer when spraying or cleaning with
solvents or toxic chemicals.
ii) To avoid the risk of severe burns, never touch the discharge pipe. The discharge pipe becomes
very hot during use.
jj) Hoses used to connect to the unit should be reinforced.
kk) Use only hoses and couplings that are capable of withstanding the maximum pressure
generated by the equipment.
ll) Do not obstruct the air inlets and outlets!
mm)
The device is only used to compress air. Do not compress other gases.
nn) CAUTION! Some parts of the unit become very hot during operation - there is a danger of
scalding!
CAUTION! Although the product has been designed to be safe, with adequate safeguards, and
despite the additional safety features provided to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or
injury when handling the unit. Caution and common sense are advised when using the product.
3. Instructions for use
The device is designed to supply compressed air to pneumatic tools (e.g. nailers, impact
wrenches, cleaning guns, etc.) and for activities such as inflating air into the tires, etc. Make sure
that the operating pressure generated by the compressor is sufficient for the intended
application.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
