Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Before each cleaning, adjustment, replacement of accessories, and also when the device is not in use,
disconnect the plug, release air from the tank and cool the device completely.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is reused.
d)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
f)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and compressed air.
g)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any damages.
h)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
i)
Check the safety valve regularly, and if it is out of order, replace it.
j)
Clean the silencer filter every 500 hours of operation.
k)
Replace the piston seal every 5,000 hours of operation. The operating time is displayed on the control
panel.
