Yourmachinecanalsobeoperatedwithout
a filter cartridge; simply remove the filter
holder and filter cartridge from the water
tank.
Whenusinganewfiltercartridgeinthe
machine,pleaseobservethefollowing
procedure:
Preparing and inserting MAVEA MAXTRA
filter cartridge

Removethefiltercartridgefromthe
protectivewrap.
►
Immersethefiltercartridgeincoldtap
water and move it gently back and forth
toeliminateairbubbles(approx.5sec.).







►
Removethefilterholderinthewater
tank and insert the filter cartridge in the
appropriate chamber of the filter holder; it
must make a light audible click.
