Adjust the reversing lever (see Fig. D1, D2)
State 1 (see Fig. D1):
Press the right side of the reversing lever until it is flush
with the large surface of the housing. The switch trigger
is in the normal triggering state at this time.
State 2 (see Fig. D2):
Press the switch trigger to the end while pressing the
left side of the reversing lever until it is flush with the
large surface of the housing. The machine can be
started all the time when the switch trigger is in the
state of Lock on at this time. If you need to stop the
machine, press the switch trigger again.
Straight cutting and curve cutting (see Fig. E1,
E2)
Bevel cutting (see Fig. F1, F2, F3, G)
Note: please remove the dust suction adapter before
adjusting the base plate.
Note: Be sure to turn off the tool power and
remove the battery pack before tilting the base.
You can make bevel cutting at any angle between 0 ° and
45 ° (on the left or right) after the base is tilted.
If you want to tilt the base, loosen the bolts on the back of
the base with a hex wrench (14) and move the base until
the bolts are in the center of the chute on the base.
Note: The V-shaped groove on the gearbox is marked
with a scale, which can measure the angle of bevel
cutting. The base plate can be rotated to the required
position according to the scale. Then tighten the bolts for
the base. Make sure that the saw blade is fixed between
the guide wheels.

Insertion cutting (see Fig. H1, H2)
EN
Lift the rear end of the base, and place the tip of the
saw blade located at the front end of the base above
the workpiece surface.
Hold the tool firmly to ensure that the front end of the
base does not move when you start the tool and slowly
lower the rear end of the tool.
Slowly lower the tool base, and place the base on the
workpiece surface after the saw blade passes through
the workpiece.
Then the whole cutting process is finished in a standard
method.
Speed adjusting knob (speed adjusting dial)
The tool speed can be adjusted infinitely
by turning the speed adjusting dial. Linear
relationship between gear 1-4 speed and VR,
excepting for intelligent gear A. The speed
corresponding to the value on the dial is shown
in the following table

Gear 4: 350~3500/min
Intelligent gear A
Gear A: The starting speed shall be controlled
at 1200rpm under no-load, and the speed
shall be increased to the maximum speed
when encountering load. After the speed is
increased, the speed shall be kept at the
maximum speed until the trigger is completely
released;
Please select the proper speed for the workpiece to
be cut by referring to the following table. However, the
required speed may vary on workpieces of different
type or thickness. Generally, the faster the stroke speed
is, the faster the cutting speed is, but this will shorten
the service life of the saw blade.

Note: The speed adjusting dial can only be
adjusted between 0 and A. Do not use force to
move it to a position beyond 0 or A. Otherwise, the
speed adjusting function may fail.
WORKING HINTS FOR
YOUR JIGSAW
If your power tool becomes too hot, please run your
jigsaw no load for 2-3 minutes to cool the motor. Avoid
prolonged usage at very low speeds.
Always use a blade suited to the material and material
thickness to be cut. For tight curves it is best to use
a narrow saw blade. When sawing metal or similar
materials, apply coolant/lubricant alongside the cutting
line.
Always ensure the workpiece is firmly held or clamped
to prevent movement. Any movement of the material
may affect the quality of the cut. The blade cuts on the
upward stroke and may chip the uppermost. Ensure
your uppermost surface is a non-visible surface when
your work is finished.
For easier control, use low speed to start cutting and
then increase to correct speed.
In order to avoid operation malfunctions, do not saw
gypsum board from below or overhead.
The guide roller should occasionally be checked for
wear and lubricated with a drop of oil. If it is worn, it
must be replaced.
