• In order to minimize the generation of acrylamide during
the toasting process, avoid reaching dark brown colours
on the toasted bread.
BUN WARMER (H)*
• Raise the bun warmer using the bun warmer lever
• Place the bread slices on the bun warmer.
• Do not spread oil or butter on the bread to toast it.
• Select the minimum position in the selector knob..
• Turn the appliance on, by using the loading lever
• Turn the bread over manually when you see that it is
toasted on one side.
PLIERS (K)**
• Put the slice/slices of bread into the pliers (K).
• Take the pliers (K) by the handle and place it into the
toaster slots (G).
• Use the selector knob to reach the desired toasting level.
• Turn the appliance on, by using the loading lever
• Turn the bread over manually when you see that it is
toasted on one side.

CANCEL FUNCTION
• The cancel function allows the interruption of the use of
the appliance. To do this, press the stop button.
REHEAT FUNCTION
• The reheat function is for reheating previously toasted
bread. To do this, place the toast into the toaster, move
the loading lever down and press the reheat button.
DEFROST FUNCTION
• The defrost function is for defrosting slices of bread. To do
this, place the frozen slice of bread in the toaster, move
the loading lever down and press the defrost button.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Put the supply cord back in the supply cord housing.
• Allow to cool.
• Clean the appliance.

• This appliance has a supply cord housing situated on its
underside of its base.

CLEANING
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid
or place it under running water.
• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove
any food remains.

surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration

CRUMB TRAY
• This appliance has a tray which allows the crumbs to be
caught inside the appliance.
• Remove the appliance's crumb tray.
• Pour away the contents of the tray.
• Gently shake the appliance to remove any other
remaining crumbs from inside the appliance.
• Replace the tray inside the appliance.
SERVICE
• Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use
renders the guarantee and the manufacturer's liability null
and void.
