PROBLEM
Product does not respond to
side panel
The product does not respond
when pressing the remote
control and the lights do not
illuminate of the control
Washing flow rate is lower than
usual
The washing function stops
Wash water does not come out
hot
Seat temperature does not
work
The air temperature of the dryer
is not hot enough.
The dryer does not work
Nozzle does not fully extend
The seat moves
Nozzle does not retract and is
saved
In any case, if the problem persists and is not solved as indicated, disconnect the toilet and contact the Technical Service.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The equipment is switched off
The product is unplugged or de-energised.
The batteries have run out
The remote control is not paired to the toilet.
Water inlet valve is not fully open
No water supply
Clamped metal hose blocking flow
Nozzle closed by limescale
The pre-set washing time of 2 minutes has finished.
Power failure
Water is set to room temperature
Toilet is in ECO mode
Water heating system does not work
Temperature is set to room temperature
Toilet is in ECO mode
The drying time of 3 minutes has elapsed.
Temperature is set to room temperature
Toilet is in ECO mode
The button has not been pressed long enough

Seat fixings to the main body of the toilet are not
sufficiently tightened.

Foreign object interferes with the opening
Nothing interfering is visible and there is current.
SOLUTION
Press the Stop button on the side panel for 5
seconds to turn it on.
Plug the product into the main or check that there is
voltage in the main.
Replace batteries according to point 6.6
Pair the remote control (point 6.7)
Check and open
Check water installation at home
Release the hose in order to clear the water passage.
Follow cleaning procedure point 6.4
Re-activate the function if a longer washing time is
desired.
Check the electrical installation or unplug and plug
back into the mains.
Set desired water temperature
Wait for the function to be activated when exiting
ECO mode.
Turn the toilet off and then on again by resetting it.
Set desired temperature
Wait for the function to be activated when exiting
ECO mode.
Re-activate the function if a longer drying time is
required.
Set desired temperature
Wait for the function to be activated when exiting
ECO mode.
Press and hold for 3 seconds
Restore power. The Nozzle will come out
automatically
Tighten the seat fixings
Restore power. The Nozzle will automatically retract
Remove
Reset the device by disconnecting it from the mains
and then reconnecting it.
