side rotation is very limited.
1. Ensure AC power to the unit is disabled.
2. Remove the front cover by removing two side screws, and slide cover up to remove (See Fig. A).
3. Disconnect the battery from the main board to ensure all power is removed from the PCB.
4. Disconnect the lamphead wires from the main board.
5. Remove the nut and washers connecting the lampheads to the main housing.
6. Pull the lampheads and wiring out through the main housing.
7. Using a hammer and a punch, carefully knockout the small double D size holes on the side of the main housing to
mount the lampheads. Punch holes from the outside in.
8. Route the wire and the lamphead through the knockout orienting lamphead in the double D hole to give you the
desired aiming.
9. Slide the washer and nut into position and secure the lamphead to the main housing. Torque the nut to 31in-lbs
(3.5nm).
10. Connect the lamphead wires to the main board connectors. Refer to the wiring diagram above.
11. Connect the battery to the main board. Refer to the wiring diagram above.
12. Cover the top knockouts with the plastic inserts including the accessory bag.
13. Replace the unit cover onto housing, tighten screws and torque to 10.6 in-lbs (1.2nm) to ensure grounding of front
cover.
14. Energize the unit with AC supply. The LED indicator will illuminate green for charging. Allow battery to charge for
24 hours before initial testing.
15. Adjust and focus the lampheads as required.
