Maintenance :
➔ Dismantle the pipes :

Make sure the filter is OFF.
-
Press the lever and push it to the right to unlock the terminal block.

Grasp the terminal block to detach it from the cover and check that no parts are missing.
CAUTION : WHEN THE TERMINAL BLOCK IS DETACHED FROM THE COVER, THE LEVER MUST BE
PUSHED FULLY TO THE RIGHT. DO NOT TRY TO PUSH IT TO THE LEFT, IT WILL DAMAGE THE
➔ Open the filter :

Refer to "Motor Assembly".
➔ Cleaning of the filtering masses :

Rinse the filtering masses with clear water and put them back in their respective baskets in the right
order.
➔ Function of each filter mass and replacement :
Ceramic noodles :
The ceramic noodles filter impurities, they are very porous filtering masses constituting an ideal
denitrifying bacteria. They allow a better quality of water and reinforce the efficiency of the biological filtration.
Ceramic noodles should be replaced when they are dirty : the silt on the surface of the noodles cannot be
removed by cleaning.
Bioballs :
Bio Balls provide a large colonizable surface area for bacteria to grow. They optimize biological filtration to
maintain water balance.(It is recommended to change them every six months).
