Setting the temperature
Press the setting button to adjust the temperature
by 1 °C / 1 °F.
The temperature value on the display flashes during
the temperature setting. 3 s after setting the tempera-
ture, the display shows the current temperature in the
device. The temperature value changes by increasing
or decreasing until the set temperature in the device
is reached.
Changing the temperature unit
Press the setting buttons simultaneously for 2 s to
change the temperature unit.
The symbol for the corresponding unit lights up.
Defrosting the device
A slight layer of ice or water droplets can form in
the interior of the device if it has been cooling for
longer periods. This may have several reasons (see
Troubleshooting).
1.
Remove all items from the device.
2. Press the on/off button for 6 s to switch the device
off.
3. Leave the door open.
4. Wipe the condensate water from the device with a
dry cloth when the ice has melted.
5. Clean the device with a damp cloth
Moving the device
WARNING! Risk of injury
Move the device with at least 2 people.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Ensure that the device stays in a secure and
upright position during transportation.
1.
Remove all items from the device.
2. Fix the legs to the bottom the device.
3. TE 24F only: Lock the door.
4. TE 24D only: Tape the drawers with duct tape.
5. Protect the outside of the device with a blanket or
similar.

Storing the device
If the device is turned off for several weeks, odor or
mold can growth inside the device.
1.
Remove all items from the device.
2. Clean and dry the inside of the device (see
Cleaning and
maintenance).
3. Leave the door of the device open.

pair, maintenance or recharging of the
appliance.
• This appliance refrigerant circuit con-
tains flammable refrigerant.
• Improper repairs or maintenance can
lead to considerable hazards.
• Note that self-repair or nonprofessional

Always disconnect the refrigerator from the
mains before you clean and service it.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or
hard objects during cleaning as these
can damage the refrigerator.
• Never use hard or sharp tools to re-
move ice or to free objects frozen onto
the device.
• Do not use any mechanical tools or any
other tools to speed up the defrosting
process.
Clean the refrigerator regularly and as soon as it
becomes dirty with a damp cloth.
Ensure that no water drips into the seals. This can
damage the electronics.
Wipe the refrigerator dry with a cloth after clean-
ing.
Check the condensate drain regularly.
