3.2 LIFTING OPERATION FROM HORIZONTAL TO VERTICAL
1. Hang the HV system at the Horizon-
tal eyelet to a crane or a suitable hoist
Caution: The hoist must be moved at
least about an axis so that the load can
be carried when erecting and folding
in the direction of the pivot axis: Avoid
any load sway
3. Position the magnet according to
the workpiece size so that the center of
gravity of the Workpiece in a horizon-
tal position is about centrally located
below the magnet.
Insert the bolts and the Safety pin
(Fig.2.4)
5. Switch the hoist from Horizontal
eyelet to Verticel eyelet
2. Proceed the HV system to the work-
piece you want to lift
4. The stops must rest firmly on the Lo-
wer edge of the workpiece to prevent a
slippage of the load in vertical opera-
tion. (Fig.1) If this is the case, turn ON
the magnet
