ONVECTION
During convection cooking, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods quickly and evenly. The
number buttons on the keypad include corresponding temperatures from 180F – 400F and are used to select the desired
convection oven temperature: (180--400℉, 1--180℉, 2--225℉, 3--250℉, 4--275℉, 5--300℉, 6--325℉, 7--335℉, 8--350℉, 9--
375℉, 0--400℉).
To preheat and cook with convection:
Your oven can be programmed to combine preheating and convection cooking operations.
1.
In standby mode, press CONV. button once.
2.
Use number buttons to indicate convection temperature.
3.
Press START button once. Beeps will sound when the designated temperature is reached.
4.
Open the door and place container of food at the center of the turntable (or press STOP/CANCEL).
5.
Use number buttons to set cooking time.
6.
Press START button to start.
NOTE: The longest preheat time is 30 minutes, and the preheat time cannot be set. When reached designated temperature,
beep will sound, the oven will return to standby mode if there is not any operation within 30 minutes.
To cook with convection:
1.
In standby mode, press CONV. button once.
2.
Use number buttons button to indicate convection temperature.
3.
Use number buttons to set cooking time. The longest time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
4.
Press START button to start.

ICROWAVE
CONVECTION
This oven has four pre-programmed settings that make it easy to cook with both convection heat and microwave
automatically.
1.
In standby mode, press MICRO.+CONV. button repeatedly to select temperature (225℉, 275℉, 350℉, 400℉).
2.
Use number buttons to set cooking time. The longest time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
3.
Press START button to start.
NOTE: During cooking, you can check the combination temperature by pressing MICRO.+CONV. button.

IME DEFROST
1.
In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/ WEIGHT button once.
2.
Use number buttons to set defrosting time. The longest time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
3.
Press START button to start.
NOTE: During defrosting, the system will pause to remind user to turn food over, and then press START button to resume the
defrosting.
W
EIGHT DEFROST
The defrosting time and power level are automatically set once the food category and weight are programmed.
1.
In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/ WEIGHT button twice.
2.
Use number buttons (1~3) to select food category.
3.
Press START button.
4.
Use number buttons to set food weight.
5.
Press START button to start.
The maximum allowable weight for each category is shown below:
