• A driver's first responsibility is the safe operation of
the vehicle. Avoid distractions and pay attention to
the road to prevent a crash. Wait until it is safe to
operate mobile communication equipment such
as cell phones, text messaging devices, pagers or
two-way radios.
1. Secure forklift pocket onto broom hood using large
washers, large hex cap screws and 9/16" wrench.
(See Figure 1)

2. Thread knob through forklift pocket approximately 1''.
Position swivel foot so screw can engage locking ring
inside the swivel foot. (See Figure 2)

3. Tighten knob to lock both pieces together. Repeat
steps 1-3 for opposite side.

4. Install one end cap on broom using small washers,
small hex cap screws and 1/2" wrench. (See Figure 3)

5. Insert bristles into broom hood and slide in until it
makes contact with the end cap. (See Figure 4)
6. Repeat step 4 for opposite end cap.
