1.
Turn off the product and unplug it.
2. Remove the plug from the drain opening and store it in a
safe place.
3. Connect the drain hose properly and securely. Make sure it
is not kinked or blocked.
4. Place the outlet of the hose over a drain or bucket and
make sure the water can flow freely from the product.

Do not immerse the end of the hose in water, otherwise it may cause an airlock in the hose.
◊
Since the negative pressure of the condensate drain pan is large, tilt the drain hose down
toward the floor. The tilt should be more than 20°.
◊
Make sure the drain hose is straight to avoid kinking the hose.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The product is not working.
The product is operating at
reduced capacity.
The product leaks.

Check that the power
connection is properly

Check that the water level
indicator lights up.
Check the room temperature.
The air filter is dirty.
The air duct is clogged.
The doors or window of the
room are open.
The desired mode is
not selected and the
temperature is not set
correctly.
The exhaust hose has
become loose.
Leakage while moving the
product.
The exhaust hose is kinked
or bent.
Solution
Insert the plug firmly into the
socket.
Empty the water tank by
removing the rubber stopper.
The operating temperature
range is 5 to 35°C.
Clean the air filter.
Remove the obstruction.
Keep door and windows
closed.
Set the appropriate setting
and temperature to the
proper setting value
according to the instructions.
Make sure the exhaust hose
is securely attached.
Empty the water tank before
moving the product.
Make sure the hose is straight
to avoid kinking or bending.
