Before assembling your product, please take a few minutes to check the contents and become familiar with all the parts.
Remove all parts from the packaging box.
Insert the other end each Tranparent Hose to
the Control Valve.
Turn off your Pump. Insert the Plug to the fittings
of the pool to stop water from coming out from the
pool.
Shut off the water at both inlet and outlet of the
pool.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the Solar Heater Mat on a flat surface
without obstacles to the sky.

Tighten the Transparent Hose ends with cable
ties at the Elbow Fitting.

Connect the 1 ½" house 5 to the control valve
1 and fasten with the hose clamps 4.
If Pool and pump fittings are of 1 ½" diameter:

Follow step 15.
If pool and pump fittings are of 1 ¼" diameter:
Jump to step 16.
If pool and pump fittings are of 1 ½" screw
thread: Jump to step 17.
MST. Extended operating days and hours during peak season requirements.

Insert the Elbow Fitting to the Water Inlet and
Water Outlet on the Mat. Tighten them with the
screw caps.

Tighten the Transparent Hose ends with cable
ties at the Control Value.
The hoses of the Solar Heating Mat is to be
connected between the PUMP OUTLET and the
POOL INLET.

Remove the hose between pump outlet to the
pool inlet. Save for future use.

Insert each Transparent Hose to each Mat
Elbow Fitting.

Insert the 1.5" Hose Water Hoses to the
Valve Body. Tighten the Hose Clamps.
Power off or directly unplug the pump. Water will
stop flowing.

Connect one hose 5 of the Solar Heating Mat to
the pump outlet and the other hose 5 to the pool
outlet.
