TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

The water pressure is

Contact our customer support team.
Connect to another water faucet with a
water pressure between 20-100psi.
Plug in the power cable or use a new one.
Swap the water inlet and outlet pipes of
the ozone generator and let water flow in
the opposite direction for 2 minutes.
Reinstall the pipes in the correct way after
2 minutes.
Use cold water only between 32°F-122°F.
The flow rate should be at least 3.5L/min.
Use low ozone level to wash those clothes.
Turn off other water appliances.
Swap the water inlet and outlet pipes of
the ozone generator and let water flow in
the opposite direction for 2 minutes.
Reinstall the pipes in the correct way after
